These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and related subscription services provided by JNVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service.
Service Content and Scope
JNVPN uses international routes to optimize connections for accessing international websites, remote collaboration, streaming, and other lawful online activities. The service covers 100+ countries / 170+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available regions, route types, and client compatibility may change with network conditions and maintenance plans. The current information displayed on the site forms part of the service description.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before placing an order, please verify the selected plan, data allowance, and billing details.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. You must safeguard your login credentials, subscription details, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity under your account. If your credentials may have been exposed, promptly change your password and stop distributing the original subscription information.
A single subscription supports unlimited devices, but is intended only for management and use by the subscriber. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish subscription information publicly, or provide the account as a shared service to others. The account user is responsible for data consumption, configuration failures, and account risks caused by deliberate sharing, public distribution, or inadequate protection.
Compliant Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the regions accessed through the service, and ensure that your online activities have a lawful purpose. You may not use JNVPN to infringe on the rights of others, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks on network systems, disrupt service operation, or engage in other activities prohibited by law.
When using third-party websites, applications, or platforms, you must also follow the rules of the relevant service providers. JNVPN optimizes network connections and does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, transactions, account status, or service decisions. Users must handle any restrictions or losses resulting from violations of third-party rules themselves.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Cross-border connections may be affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device systems, target service policies, and temporary maintenance. JNVPN continuously adjusts routes and client compatibility, but does not guarantee that every route, region, or third-party service will perform consistently in every network environment.
To the extent permitted by law, JNVPN is not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by public network fluctuations, third-party platform changes, incorrect device settings, uncontrollable infrastructure failures, or failure to follow instructions, beyond the scope of the services paid for. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
If an account involves resale or public sharing of a subscription, unlawful use, malicious consumption of service resources, system attacks, interference with other users’ connections, or attempts to bypass normal billing procedures, JNVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend connections, or terminate the service based on the nature of the issue. Where necessary, relevant information may be provided through available in-account channels before or after action is taken.
Users may stop using the service and manage active subscriptions in their accounts themselves. Termination does not remove responsibility for orders, compliance, or improper use that arose before termination. Requests that meet the refund conditions will continue to be handled under the refund terms on this page.
Refunds and Term Changes
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through an available service channel in the account and include the necessary information to identify the relevant order. Refunds are reviewed and processed against the original order and actual payment record; users are not required to accept a replacement plan.
JNVPN may revise these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the reference. Continued use of the service after a change means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the service.
