Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data JNVPN handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the JNVPN website, user panel, and related subscription services. Using the services indicates that the user has read this policy. JNVPN handles data only as needed to provide accounts, orders, network connections, customer support, and site security, using access controls and retention rules suited to each purpose.
Data collected and processing purposes
No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. JNVPN therefore does not require an email address as part of registration. The system handles usernames, authentication credentials, and account status for login verification, subscription management, and protection against unauthorized account use. Information submitted voluntarily through a support ticket is used only to address the relevant request.
When a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system retains transaction records such as order items, amount, payment method, payment status, and creation and completion times. These records support service delivery, order reconciliation, refunds, and payment disputes. To apply package traffic rules, the system also records aggregate traffic usage and subscription validity; this information measures service use and does not include destinations or webpage content.
When the website is accessed, servers and analytics tools may process page views, referring pages, browser and device types, language preferences, error events, and necessary network request information. This data helps identify page failures, improve compatibility, evaluate content use, and maintain site security. It is not used to build profiles of the international websites users access.
No-logs policy and connection data
JNVPN does not record which websites users access, retain webpage content or search content, or keep destination lists that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Subscription services do not link network access content with account details for marketing analysis.
To manage routes, measure traffic, diagnose faults, and protect security, the system may briefly process necessary technical data during a connection, such as connection status, anomaly types, and aggregate traffic usage. This operational data follows data-minimization principles and is retained only for the time needed to complete the relevant maintenance or security purpose. It is then deleted or converted into aggregate information that cannot be linked to specific browsing activity. JNVPN does not maintain a long-term, searchable personal connection history.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences, and necessary security status. This information keeps users signed in, restores their choices, and enables page functions. If browser storage is cleared, related preferences may need to be set again and the login session may expire.
Basic traffic statistics may use necessary identifiers to distinguish consecutive visits, avoid duplicate counts, and help investigate anomalies. JNVPN does not use these technical identifiers to sell personal data or deliver targeted advertising based on network access content. Browser Cookie and site-data controls can be used to view or clear related records, but disabling necessary storage may affect login and user panel functions.
Payment processing and third-party handling
JNVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant third-party payment services. To confirm a transaction, JNVPN sends the payment service information needed to complete the order, such as the order identifier, amount due, and payment-result callback address. Payment services independently process account and transaction data in their collection workflows under their own privacy rules.
JNVPN receives result information used to confirm order status and does not require users to submit payment credentials on this privacy policy page. If a refund, failed payment, or transaction dispute occurs, necessary order records may be checked between JNVPN and the relevant payment service to confirm the transaction and processing result associated with the request.
Data retention and deletion methods
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide subscription management. Order records are retained for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Traffic statistics are aggregated or stripped of direct identifiers where feasible. Retention periods vary by purpose rather than following one uniform long-term schedule.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. JNVPN will verify the request's connection to the account before processing it. When an account is deleted, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery will be deleted or de-identified. Records that must be retained for payment disputes, refunds, financial records, security investigations, or applicable legal obligations may remain until the relevant purpose ends. Deletion may prevent continued use of an existing subscription and user panel functions.
Policy updates and user choices
JNVPN may update this policy when service features, data handling practices, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. If a change materially affects the scope of data use, the site will describe the main changes through the user panel or an on-page notice.
Users should review this policy regularly to understand the current rules. Questions about updated handling practices, or requests to exercise rights related to account data, can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. JNVPN will assess and respond based on the request, account status, and applicable obligations.
